Paphiopedilum niveum (Reichenbach fil.) Stein

var. magnificum - With particularly large flowers.
f. majum
var. majus punctatum - With larger flowers and large red spots.
var. pictum - Mentioned in Lindenia without further information.
var. punctatissimum - Very heavily spotted.
var. punctatum - Petals slightly spotted at the base.
f. radicans
var. regnieri - Mentioned in Lindenia without further information.
var. reticulatum - The back of the petals has a reticulate purple veining at the tips, veins mottled purple.
var. roseum - According to Pucci the same as var. regnieri.

All of these forms fall within the normal variation of the species, and are therefor best considered as cultivars.
There are also some forms that appear to be transitional forms to Paph. thaianum.
